Who Am I?

2 years ago ! When I first started doing real estate sales, a friend of mine told me that if I like what I am doing , not only will I be successful, but I will enjoy the life, the people and the hard work of being a real estate advisor. Yes! Enjoy! Enjoy my passion - house & people!  Before joining my first real estate company in 2010I was working as an accounts executive. I had attained Certificate in Certified Accounting Technician and worked for a small medium enterprise.


I like accounting but not the working environment. I like figures, like the feeling of figures increasing. Yet there is a greater likes. I like to understand people's needs, problems, and provide a solution for their real estate decisions. Being in real estate, helps me to understand and solve one of people's most important and most valuable assets! What to buy, sell,  rent and  invest? The how's, the when's and they why's.

When I first started my real estate career, I did not know a thing about selling or leasing a property. As I gain more knowledge in doing real estate, I found it very satisfying..

Now after 2 years, I have fully understand what my friend told me. I have been very blessed to find a career that I truly love. Over the past years, I have helped many families realize their dream of buying, selling, renting and investing in properties with absolute convenience and total peace of mind.

I don't believe in sales pitches...I will show you the figures and my results!
I believe in straightforward explanations. People are smart enough to make their own decisions so long as they have all of the pertinent information in order to take everything into consideration. Hiding, misleading, not disclosing information aren't going to help you find the right home nor sell the one you have. They won't help me earn an income either. There are many bad stereotypes of real estate agents and I work very hard to ensure that people realize they don't apply to all agents, especially not me. I always provide detailed current market analysis of my sellers' properties!

am very skilled in negotiating the best price and terms for my clients. My service area also includes commercial and industrial real estates.

I know people are trusting me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lifetime and that is something I take it very seriously. My customers and clients stay loyal and refer friends & family to me because they know I will always do whatever it takes to make sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end.
